9. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Resolution:
You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected] for at least 60 days before initiating legal action.

Formal Dispute:
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to final and binding arbitration under applicable U.S. laws, with the arbitration seat in Iowa, and conducted in English. Class actions and representative claims are prohibited.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Services content at any time without prior notice.

13. DISCLAIMER

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability and disclaim all implied warranties.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

By using the Services, you agree to conduct business electronically. You consent to receive communications and submit agreements electronically.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Clomic. If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force. No waiver will be construed as a continuing waiver.
