Shipping Carriers

We use the following trusted carriers for our deliveries:

  • USPS
  • DHL
  • EMS
  • Local postal services

Orders are processed once payment is accepted.


Estimated Time of Arrival

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding U.S. Post Office holidays. These holidays include:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time for processing is 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

We offer two delivery options:

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package’s journey. If you don’t see the tracking link, please check your spam folder.

For personalized orders or items requiring modifications, please allow additional time for our designer to complete the customization. Design time may vary based on the complexity of your request.


Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • US Virgin Islands
  • Internationally
  • APO/FPO addresses

Order Tracking

Once you receive your order confirmation email, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. We will then send you tracking details via email. You can also check your tracking details by visiting the Order Tracking section.

Note:
Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will become visible once the parcel is scanned.

If your order has passed the estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.


Incorrect Address

To avoid delays, please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct. Incorrect or missing information may require us to contact you for updates, which could delay your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender.

Additional Details:

  • Returned orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of.
  • Re-shipping fees will apply if your order is returned due to an incorrect address.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.
