Shipping Carriers

Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed only after payment is successfully confirmed. Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time: Typically 1–3 business days for Standard Delivery, 1–2 business days for Fast Delivery.

Custom or personalized items may require additional design and preparation time. Design duration varies depending on the complexity of your request. Please allow extra time for these items to be processed and shipped.

International destinations

Order Tracking
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after placing your order. After 1–2 business days of processing, you will receive a Tracking Notification with a link to monitor your shipment.

Please allow 3–7 days for the shipping carrier to update tracking status in their system. If no tracking information is available during this period, it means the parcel has not yet been scanned.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team for assistance.

Incorrect Address Policy
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or undeliverable.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it may be disposed of by the carrier. In such cases, re-shipping fees will apply, and a new order may need to be placed.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or misdelivery if you instruct the carrier to forward, reroute, or leave the package after dispatch.
