🛒 Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, simply email us at [email protected] within this timeframe. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund at no additional cost.
After 24 hours, your order will be sent for production and cannot be canceled, as all our products are made to order.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for non-sale items within 180 days of delivery. After this period, your order is considered final, and no refunds will be issued. You are eligible for a return and refund under the following circumstances:
- Items that arrive damaged or broken
- Products that differ in design, size, or material from the original order
- Incorrect items received
- Significant deviations from the product description
Items not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Defective items not due to our oversight
- Items missing original tags
- Items with minor, fixable thread issues
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refund Claim Requirements
To request a refund, please provide the following when contacting us:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
- Shipping label or receipt from the return
- Evidence of the defect or issue (e.g., photos)
- Any relevant communications (e.g., email screenshots)
We will respond within 2-3 business days regarding the eligibility of your refund request.
Return & Refund Process

- Once we confirm your eligibility, we will provide you with a return address.
- Ship the return package using your local post office or courier, and provide the tracking number for reference.
- After receiving the returned item, we will confirm receipt via email and process your refund.
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. Once we confirm receipt of your return, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
If you experience delays beyond 10-15 days, please reach out to your bank or credit card company for assistance with the refund process.
Important Notes
- Our 180-day return window applies from the delivery date. After this period, returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process.
- Ineligible requests or lost returns are the responsibility of the customer. If there are issues regarding the eligibility of a return, we recommend reaching out directly to our support team.
